Guide to understand and use our product
Our technology is powered by evaporation. Soak your headgear prior to usage and add water throughout the session (we squirt ours with a handheld bottle or splash water from aid stations during a race).
Our headgear is thoughtfully designed to hold 20 cooling pieces flat on your forehead, maximizing the heat transfer.
When wearing your headgear, make sure the pieces sit flat against your skin – pull hair back and out of the way.
Regularly clean your cooling pieces to remove salts and other impurities. Carefully hand wash your headgear and the back of the cooling pieces with mild soap, such as dishwashing soap. Soak them in soapy water to eliminate impurities, then rinse thoroughly.
